You'll ensure compliance with standards and regulations while supporting the implementation and evaluation of pharmacy-led clinical programs designed to improve healthcare access.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct operations of Virtual Pharmacy Services effectively
• Offer clinical support and guidance for pharmacists
• Maintain updated clinical knowledge for patient care




• Develop and optimize clinical workflows and programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy
• Valid license with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• 3-5 years of pharmacy experience required
• Injection certification necessary
• Familiarity with virtual health platforms an asset
