Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations for supportive and market housing properties
• Coordinate leasing, occupancy, and eviction processes
• Maintain operational records and compliance documentation




• Collaborate with tenants, owners, and internal teams
• Support positive tenancy outcomes and community engagement
Requirements:
• Minimum three years’ experience in property operations
• Relevant post-secondary education or training
• Knowledge of community support programs
• Familiarity with property management software, preferably Yardi
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and vehicle access
