As a key member of Lumenus Autism Core Clinical Services, the Occupational Therapist Assistant works under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will implement individualized treatment plans, support skill development in daily living and social interaction, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care. Your role significantly enhances the development of children diagnosed with ASD.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement documented treatment plans from Occupational Therapists
• Provide individual and group intervention sessions




• Organize engaging teaching materials for clients
• Ensure safety in therapy environments and assist clients with equipment
• Track client progress through data collection and reporting
Requirements:
• Diploma as an Occupational Therapist Assistant or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children
• Solid communication skills with diverse populations
• Ability to work both independently and in teams
