As an LPN, you will deliver essential nursing care and develop personalized care plans for clients facing substance use disorders. You’ll engage in health education, support infection control measures, and interact positively with the community. Your contributions will help foster a nurturing workplace for recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope at Alpha House
• Ensure health and hygiene standards are met
• Teach clients essential health information and practices
• Participate in community vaccination clinics
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in related nursing fields
• Familiarity with MS Office and EMR systems
• Effective decision-making and time management skills
• Valid CPR certification needed
