Responsibilities
- Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
- Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool.
- Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment as ambassador for WOW! mobile boutique and partner brands.
- Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased advice.
- Consistently achieve all key business metrics.
- Offer a best‑in‑class customer experience.
- Participate in documented coaching conversations.
- Manage inventory: receiving, signing, and securing inventory.
- Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards.
- Complete daily operations tasks such as opening & closing the kiosk.
- Complete all required training modules and tasks.
- Stay current on promotions, products, services and policies.
- Follow our policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity.
- Manage cash,
point of sale and inventory systems.
- Available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs.
- Manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency.
- Adapt easily to change in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
- Customer‑facing experience in retail or hospitality using a POS system.
- Available to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.
- Wireless retail experience or commission sales experience is an asset.
- Ready to initiate conversations with mall traffic.
- Authentic, genuine self in all interactions.
- Committed to personal and professional growth and open to feedback.
