Lead the Family Programs and Services at MNBC by overseeing programming and enhancing services for Métis families across the province. This role emphasizes cultural alignment and effective service delivery.
As the Manager of Family Programs and Services, you will support daily operations and coordinate service implementation, ensuring consistency with MNBC's strategic goals. Key responsibilities include monitoring program effectiveness, assisting staff, and fostering community relationships. Your contributions will enhance the delivery of early years programming devoted to Métis values and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement departmental plans for family and early years programs
• Track program activities and key performance indicators




• Guide program staff in a supportive setting
• Develop improvements for service delivery and client outcomes
• Participate in community engagement and outreach initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Minimum five years of program coordination experience
• One to two years in a managerial role
• Familiarity with Métis culture and community
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Coordinate impactful services for Métis families, ensuring culturally responsive program delivery at MNBC.
