• Investigate professional conduct complaints effectively • Create reports and presentations for Committee evaluations • Assist in drafting Determination & Recommendations • Testify at discipline hearings when necessary • Enhance existing processes for efficiency and compliance
Requirements: • CPA designation along with 3+ years in Public Practice • Over 3 years of experience in regulatory investigations • Robust interpersonal and verbal skills with a diplomatic approach • High level of integrity and confidentiality • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
