The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses.
- Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store.

Qualifications

- Minimum age requirement of 21.
- Prior retail management experience required.
- Must have a flexible schedule.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands of the job include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Employment Details

Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator. If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible for your employment advantages and wages. You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator.
