In this position, you will direct the Municipal By-law Compliance Officers, ensuring adherence to operational policies and promoting a safe work workplace. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage team operations and ensure procedural compliance
• Coordinate performance evaluations and mentorship for Officers
• Identify service gaps and implement corrective actions




• Prepare documentation for potential legal proceedings
• Engage with community for enforcement information
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in Municipal Law Enforcement, including supervision
• Expertise in dispute resolution and report writing
• Thorough understanding of relevant municipal legislation
• Certified Municipal Law Enforcement Officer designation is required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
