Hull Services, a leader in child and youth mental health, seeks dedicated professionals for its Kinship Lodge within the Preadolescent Treatment Program. Ideal candidates will engage with youth aged 5 to 12, implementing tailored treatment strategies using evidence-based methodologies. You will work in an interdisciplinary team, attending to the needs of vulnerable children while fostering their holistic development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to children's physical and developmental needs
• Implement behavioral interventions effectively
• Monitor daily living activities for therapeutic value
• Provide responsible role modeling and direct teaching
• Advocate for children's rights and interests
Requirements:
• Degree in Child and Youth Care or related field
• Experience in Therapeutic Campus-Based Care preferred
• High competence in forming therapeutic relationships
• Valid driver's license with 3 years experience
• Clear Police Check and Child Intervention Record
