What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting team members throughout daily activities and customer interactions
- Leading by example through professional and positive communication
- Assisting with onboarding and ongoing coaching for new starters
- Building strong customer relationships through face-to-face interaction
- Helping maintain high standards of customer experience and professionalism
- Working closely with management to support team performance and development
- Encouraging a collaborative, motivated, and supportive environment

What We’re Looking For

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and professional attitude
- Confidence working in customer-facing settings
- Someone who enjoys supporting and motivating others




- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or team leadership is beneficial but not required
