The new Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment process, including developing and implementing effective strategies to attract both seasonal and permanent talent while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. Your proactive partnership with management will be essential in addressing staffing needs swiftly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full cycle of recruitment processes
• Develop innovative strategies to attract quality candidates




• Post job openings on various recruitment platforms
• Conduct interviews and screen potential applicants
• Facilitate recruitment events such as job fairs
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years in recruitment is ideal
• Experience in customer service or sales is beneficial
• Competency in an ATS (ADP preferred)
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proactive with robust independent work skills
