Hours of Work





Monday to Friday – no mandatory nights or weekends. Split shifts (~2 hours in the morning and ~2 hours in the afternoon). Drivers work during the school year and are given time off in July and August.

Job Description

As a School Bus Driver you will be driving approximately 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon during the school year. You will be responsible for safely transporting children to and from school and maintaining a safe driving record.

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license
- S-endorsement is preferred
- Wheelchair experience will be considered an asset
- Clear criminal background check with VSS search
- Clear driver’s abstract
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol test
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience
- Must have a protected driving record
- Organized, punctual, and reliable
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Navigation skills
- Commitment to excellence in customer service
