About the Role

and at least 20 years of progressive experience in a similar role within an engineering consulting firm. They should be adept at strategic problem-solving, maintaining a network of clients, and ensuring the delivery of sustainable engineering solutions.
Key duties for the Associate Vice President include leading business development initiatives, managing project teams, and overseeing the execution of various infrastructure projects. The role also involves supporting the development of engineering budgets and schedules, ensuring quality standards, and representing the company in qualified associations. The candidate must have practical knowledge of technical design, construction sequencing, and be experienced in meeting project timelines and budgets. Superior communication skills, the ability to build and maintain positive relationships, and a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices are essential.
