About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for its Infrastructure business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and growing the infrastructure sector, with a focus on municipal, water, and transportation projects. This role requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a P. Eng license in Ontario,



and at least 20 years of progressive experience in a similar role within an engineering consulting firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational leadership, business development, and a proven track record in client management, proposal writing, and project execution. They should be adept at strategic problem-solving, maintaining a network of clients, and ensuring the delivery of sustainable engineering solutions.

Key duties for the Associate Vice President include leading business development initiatives, managing project teams, and overseeing the execution of various infrastructure projects. The role also involves supporting the development of engineering budgets and schedules, ensuring quality standards, and representing the company in qualified associations. The candidate must have practical knowledge of technical design, construction sequencing, and be experienced in meeting project timelines and budgets.
