Summary

Hyatt Regency Calgary is seeking a full‑time registered massage therapist to join our spa team. The role involves providing therapeutic, relaxation, and prenatal massages, documenting SOAP notes, educating guests, and maintaining professional standards.

Responsibilities

- Follow Stillwater Service Standards and maintain a professional and positive attitude with guests and co‑workers.
- Perform therapeutic, relaxation, and prenatal massage in a safe and professional manner.
- Document SOAP notes for every massage service in accordance with the association’s mandate.
- Educate guests on products and homecare.
- Maintain current skilled licenses, association memberships, and keep up to date on industry trends.
- Maintain current City of Calgary Massage Business License.
- Be available to work on Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Saturday.
- Have valid work authorization for Canada.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of massage experience.
- Graduated from a 2200‑hour massage therapy program.
- Valid City of Calgary Massage Business License.




- Valid membership to a recognized massage association.

This role will typically allow a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Excellent competitive commissions are offered at 29.5% from start and up to 31.5% for repeat client requests.
