Reporting to the Associate Director, this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast‑growing company in Financial Services.

You Will Provide:

- Provide a full range of fund accounting services to private equity clients, including NAV review and preparation, reviewing accruals, security pricing, and cash and security position reconciliations.
- Review and prepare pricing of portfolios ensuring all holdings are priced according to the applicable fund documents and valuation policies.
- Review and prepare capital call and distribution calculations and allocations.




- Review and prepare fee schedules, including calculation of management fee and waterfall, ensuring all calculations observe applicable fund documents.
- Review and prepare investor allocations for each NAV cycle, ensuring capital transactions are booked correctly and P&L; is allocated correctly.
- Review and prepare NAV packages and other ad hoc deliverables as defined in the service level agreements.
- Complete other ad hoc requests and projects.
- Communicate with internal MUFG teams and external clients, ensuring all deliverables and requests are met.
- Review and prepare audited financial statements, audit assistance, and other regulatory services, as applicable.

Qualifications:

- University degree or professional designation such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc. will be considered as an asset.
- At least 3 years experience in a Fund Administration role with at least 2 years working in a Private Equity role.
- Experience working with a Private Equity accounting system, preferably Investran.
- Strong knowledge of Private Equity structures, regulatory requirements and waterfall calculations.
- Experience reviewing Limited Partnership Agreements and Operating Memorandums.
- Experience in supervisory skills and/or coaching/mentoring.
