Ninja Japanese and Korean Cuisine is seeking a F/T Restaurant Manager

- Terms of employment: Full time, Permanent
- Wage: $28.00~$35.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 4605 Lakelse Ave, Terrace, BC V8G 1p9
- 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

- Manage and evaluate the operation of a restaurant and food service
- Determine and develop customer service, and implement operational procedures
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Recruit and train staff, and oversee staff training
- Establish staff work schedules and manage staff performance
- Resolve customer’s complaints and concerns
- Manage inventory, monitor revenues,



and adjust procedures and prices
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

Job requirements:

- Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
