About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Sales Performance to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing the sales strategy to meet revenue goals, managing a team of up to 8 Regional Directors of Sales, and overseeing a portfolio of 45 to 60 hotels. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in developing high-performing sales teams, particularly in the Select Service segment, and a deep commitment to company culture and employee and client care. The Executive Director will be expected to proactively lead a team of sales "hunters," establish and nurture key relationships with brand partners, hotel owners, and general managers,



and drive accountability for sales performance.

Applicants for the Executive Director position should have 3-5 years' of Director of Sales experience in a regional role, with a focus on revenue generation and sales performance. The role demands expertise in CRM usage, data analysis, and a strong background in hiring and onboarding sales associates. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a remote team of 8 or more salespeople, be proficient in persuasive communication, and possess effective presentation skills. A deep commitment to the company's values and a passion for creating remarkable client experiences are essential. The position is home-based, and the applicant can be located anywhere in Canada, but must be able to work effectively in a remote environment.
