Become a vital part of Worley's Vancouver team as a Junior Marine Structural Engineer. Your expertise in structural design and engineering will directly support key marine projects.
This full time role requires 1–3 years of experience in marine or industrial structures. You'll deliver structural engineering services while ensuring compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include performing structural analyses, preparing detailed designs, and assisting throughout procurement and construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engineering services on time and within budget
• Assist with proposals, estimates, budgets, and schedules
• Conduct field inspections and prepare inspection reports
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams
• Identify and solve engineering problems as they arise
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in marine structures
• Working knowledge of structural engineering requirements
• Competent in STAAD or SAP2000 software
• Experience with steel, concrete, and timber design
• EIT status with Engineers and Geoscientists BC
