Lead initiative-driven communication and training at PHSA as a Communications and Training Manager in hybrid mode. Elevate staff engagement and streamline operations with comprehensive strategies.
Reporting to the Director, Change & Transformation, you will drive communications initiatives for the BC Health Workday program across seven health organizations. This role combines oversight of training strategies, collaboration with key partners, and budget management while enhancing employee safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic communication plans
• Assess training needs and deliver effective training programs
• Collaborate across health organizations for cohesive messaging




• Manage communications budget and adjust operations accordingly
• Contribute to high-quality training and communication materials
Requirements:
• University degree in communications or related field
• Minimum seven years in multi-site unionized environments
• Robust capabilities in creating strategic communication
• Proven experience leading communication teams
• Familiarity with Workday implementation is an asset
