Become a vital part of Foundry Surrey Central as a Clinical Social Worker focused on youth aged 12-24. This regular full time position promotes youth and family-centred care through comprehensive clinical services.
PCRS is seeking a dedicated Registered Social Worker to provide crucial support in an integrated youth service model. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, formulating care plans, and offering crisis intervention tailored to youth needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic interventions
• Assess risk and safety, developing actionable service plans
• Engage in crisis management and therapeutic response

Requirements:
• Masters-level Social Work degree required
