- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or Interaction Design .
- Strong experience designing complex digital products , enterprise platforms, or SaaS applications.
- Expertise in Figma , wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and high-fidelity UI design.
- Hands-on experience with user research , usability testing, design systems, and WCAG accessibility .
- Experience leveraging AI-powered design tools to enhance design workflows.
- Solid understanding of information architecture , interaction design, and visual design principles.
- Experience working in Agile environments with Product Managers, Developers, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
- Banking/Financial Services experience is preferred.
