As the first Vice-President for People and Culture, the role demands a forward-looking, intellectually curious individual who is adept at leveraging data, technology, and innovative approaches to enhance the employee experience. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, with a deep understanding of the unique realities of the academic sector, and will operate with a high level of emotional intelligence, political acuity, and resilience. They will work closely with the executive team to ensure institutional alignment and enhance the experience of faculty and staff. The role also involves serving as the principal advisor on human capital, organizational performance, and culture, and representing the institution externally on workforce and employer positioning matters.
