Someone who loves spending time with children, jumps into activities, builds meaningful relationships, and inspires staff through their actions every day.If you are passionate about creating a program where children feel safe, valued, included, and excited to play and be creative we would like to meet you.What You Will DoAs the Program Supervisor, you will:Lead the daily operation of a licensed After School Program.Build a positive, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff.Create engaging, play-based, creative and outdoor programming for children from Pre-K to Grade 6.Be actively involved with children every day—playing, creating, exploring, and building meaningful relationships.Mentor, coach, and support a team of Early Childhood Educators and Program Assistants.Establish routines and best practices as the program grows.Ensure compliance with Alberta Child Care Licensing regulations.Build positive relationships with families, school staff,
