This role reports to the Senior Manager AR Trade Spend, focusing on all aspects of trade spend management, including rebates and off-invoice discounts. You'll manage incoming funding requests and collaborate with various departments to maintain accurate accruals and compliance with GL balances.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Promotions Funding Requests and ensure business alignment
• Utilize ERP systems for rebates, accruals, and GL links
• Collaborate with Sales for necessary approvals on deductions
• Coordinate audit support documentation with Accounts Receivable
• Analyze mismatched customer deductions for validation
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Finance or CPA in progress
• 5-7 years of financial analysis experience
• Familiarity with multiple ERP Systems
• Proficient in MS Excel and Office tools
• Robust analytical and communication skills
