About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in modernizing financial operations, strengthening governance, and supporting the company's growth and development. This executive will be responsible for financial analysis, margin and performance management, strategic partnership, and financial oversight. The ideal candidate will have a solid business acumen, solid operational finance discipline, and impeccable integrity, with the ability to thrive in a complex, capital-intensive, and highly regulated environment. Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of margins, analyzing pricing mechanisms, and assessing the financial impact of various factors. The CFO will also be involved in capital allocation processes, ensuring alignment between financial decisions and regulatory requirements,



and leading the evolution of financial systems to provide real-time visibility into performance.

Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a CPA designation. An MBA or equivalent is considered an asset. The role requires more than 10 years' of experience in senior financial roles, particularly in industrial, energy, or capital-intensive environments. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing treasury, liquidity, and working capital, as well as experience in corporate and indirect taxation. Personal characteristics should include unquestionable integrity, executive presence, and the ability to influence at all levels. The CFO will also be expected to co-lead the company's human resources function, ensuring alignment between talent strategy and business priorities. Bilingualism in French and English is a requirement for this position.
