As the Senior Property Manager, you will guide your team in managing a portfolio of condominium companies effectively. This role involves strategic oversight of budgets, team management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your ability to communicate and resolve conflicts will be essential for maintaining positive relationships with Boards and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise property management for condominium corporations
• Act as primary contact for key stakeholders
• Prepare for Board meetings and provide support




• Ensure compliance with the Condominium Act and policies
• Perform regular site inspections for compliance
Requirements:
• CMRAO General License required
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and team support
• Solid knowledge of budget management
• Reliable vehicle and valid Ontario G driver's license
