Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Program Manager (5-7 years of experience) to lead onboarding, migration, and implementation of a social media enablement platform

Join a high-profile initiative within a wealth management marketing team focused on modernizing advisor social media capabilities and digital engagement. This role will support the implementation of a new social media enablement platform, including onboarding, migration, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption planning, and compliance-related activities. The program supports scalable and compliant social media practices for advisors operating within a regulated environment.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, Wednesdays in office.

Must Haves

- 5-7 years of program management and project management across large-scale platform implementations
- Platform migration projects involving onboarding and implementation activities
- Change management , stakeholder communication , and user adoption initiatives




- Executive reporting , governance documentation , and multi-workstream coordination

Nice to Have

- PMP certification
- Financial services experience or experience in a regulated workplace
- Prior experience with social media management tools

Responsibilities

- Lead onboarding, migration, and implementation activities for a new social media enablement platform
- Support project timelines, milestones, and budget tracking throughout the implementation
- Drive change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption planning
- Coordinate program execution across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Prepare executive materials, status updates, and governance documentation
- Monitor advisor social media activity to support compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements
- Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and social media platform stakeholders throughout the program
