Job Requirements

- Languages: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Duties

- Supervise and co‑coordinate activities of employees who prepare food orders in portion
- Order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand
- Ensure food services meeting quality standards
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit cost reports
- Supervise and check delivery of food orders
- Schedule work shifts for employee
