As an In-Flight Service Coordinator, you will provide vital administrative, operational, and safety support to the Chief Flight Attendant. This position is essential in monitoring daily operations, investigating flight reports, and developing high-quality service procedures. Additionally, you'll coordinate the onboard food service programs and ensure regulatory compliance while working with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Chief Flight Attendant in daily operations
• Process and follow up on flight reports




• Develop and draft service guides and procedures
• Monitor onboard food service quality and supplier compliance
• Participate in departmental projects and recruitment activities
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Required flight attendant experience
• Bilingual in French/English; Inuktitut is a plus
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card
