About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director, Advancement to lead its comprehensive advancement program. The successful candidate will be a strategic and accomplished fundraising executive, responsible for providing visionary leadership and hands-on execution of philanthropic strategies. This pivotal role involves designing and executing sophisticated philanthropic plans to maximize financial support for various initiatives. The Executive Director will work closely with the Head of School, Board of Governors, and Senior Leadership Team, and will be a highly visible ambassador within the school community. Key responsibilities include leading a high-performing team, fostering deep relationships across a global network, and prioritizing community and alumnae engagement.
