In this position, as the Project Leader reporting to the Major Projects and Infrastructure Manager, you will lead a team of Project Managers. Your focus will be on collaborating with external engineering firms and ensuring the successful execution of large-scale projects aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and monitor project directives collaboratively
• Inspect investment requests before management submission
• Oversee the execution of complex project developments




• Drive improvement of project monitoring practices
• Effectively recruit, train, and develop your team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ engineering experience, with 3 years in project leadership
• Familiarity with front-end loading principles
• PMP certification preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
