Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver tier-one technical support remotely and on-site
• Develop and present training materials for users
• Maintain technical documentation following standards




• Guide faculty in using course management tools
• Implement solutions to user issues with attention to detail
Requirements:
• Relevant undergraduate degree required
• Minimum one year of experience in a related field
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Familiar with learning management systems and HTML
• Ability to support a diverse clientele effectively
