Responsibilities

- Finishing concrete with hand and power tools to the high standard our customers expect.
- Reading site conditions and adjusting your technique to get the finish right.
- Installing joints, textures, and final surface details.
- Pitching in on job prep on some projects: formwork & rebar.

Qualifications





- 5+ years of concrete finishing experience.
- Confidently finish flatwork, curbs, and walls.
- Ability to run your own section of the job and work well with the crew around you.
- High standards for quality and safety.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Willingness to travel out of town when a project calls for it.
- Ability to pass site‑required drug and alcohol testing.

Preferred Qualifications

- Red Seal certification or equivalent experience.
- Repair and resurfacing experience.
- Comfort running a laser screed and power trowel.
