We are hiring three Paint Line Operators responsible for loading unloaded components on automated lines and performing routine quality checks. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to safety and have the ability to adapt to shift rotations. In-house training, including specialized respirator protocols, will be provided to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate paint line and maintain equipment effectively
• Perform troubleshooting on equipment malfunctions




• Ensure paint quality by checking viscosity and thickness
• Complete required documentation and inspection tasks
• Support cross-training and adapt to different roles
Requirements:
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Availability for all three shifts
• Physical capacity for standing and lifting tasks
• Strong communication, detail-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills for logging production
