Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Director's appointments and maintain calendars
• Process correspondence, reports, and confidential documents
• Organize training and travel arrangements for staff
• Maintain employee access and track vendor contracts
• Provide coverage and administrative support across the service area
Requirements:
• Completion of a two-year Office Administration diploma
• Minimum four years of senior administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in a municipal government workplace preferred
