Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate complaints by interviewing witnesses and gathering records
• Manage case files within the electronic system for accuracy




• Review investigation records and disclose materials to involved parties
• Represent RCDSO before external stakeholders as needed
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Strong investigative and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools
