About the Role

The Company is in search of a President and Chief Executive Officer to lead its institution through a significant period of renewal and growth. The successful candidate will be a principled and exceptional leader, responsible for the overall strategic direction, performance, and stewardship of the organization. This role involves close collaboration with the Board of Governors, senior leadership team, employees, students, and various external stakeholders, including government, industry, and community partners. The President and CEO will be tasked with providing strategic leadership in areas such as institutional planning, governance, academic quality, student success, financial sustainability, and workforce development. They must champion evidence-informed decision-making, operational excellence, and public accountability,



while ensuring the institution remains responsive to the evolving needs of its diverse constituencies.
