As a Quality Control Coordinator for Aecon, you will report to the Quality Manager while performing critical inspections to uphold the highest standards of quality in major infrastructure developments, including the Arctic Over the Horizon Radar Project. Your ability to identify quality issues and engage with multiple stakeholders will be imperative in ensuring project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute quality inspections according to the Inspection and Test Plan
• Document results and maintain quality records
• Assess compliance with technical drawings and materials
• Organize internal audits and quality assessments
• Coordinate with various teams on quality processes
Requirements:
• Civil Engineering Technology Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years in heavy civil construction
• Experience with quality control protocols
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
• CSA certifications preferred
