Hybrid Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Division President and functionally to the Segment CFO, the Senior Director of Finance serves as the senior finance executive for the division and a key member of the Power Management Leadership Team. This role provides strategic financial leadership, business partnership, and governance across a multi-business-unit organization throughout North America, supporting profitable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. The Senior Director of Finance leads the division's finance organization, including Business Unit Finance Leaders, controllers, FP&A; resources, and finance support teams. Acting as the primary liaison between the division, segment, and corporate finance organizations, this role is responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, reporting, compliance, controls, talent development, and finance transformation initiatives. The role partners closely with business unit leaders and site leadership teams to improve performance, drive accountability, standardize processes, and support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, integrations, portfolio optimization, and continuous improvement through the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS). Major Responsibilities

Serve as the senior finance business partner to the Division President and Division Leadership Team, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support business growth and performance.



Lead the division finance organization, providing leadership, coaching, and development to Business Unit Finance Leaders, controllers, FP&A; teams, and other finance resources across North America. Partner with Business Unit leaders to develop and execute growth strategies, productivity initiatives, capital investment plans, and operational improvement programs. Establish and drive the division's financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, strategic planning, and long-range financial plans. Oversee preparation and communication of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results to division, segment, and corporate leadership. Drive accountability for revenue growth, profitability, working capital, cash flow, return on invested capital, and overall financial performance across the division. Partner with Business Unit leaders and site leadership teams to identify risks, opportunities, and actions to improve operating performance. Lead the division-wide finance talent strategy, including organizational design, succession planning, talent reviews, development planning, and leadership coaching. Provide functional leadership and governance to Business Unit Finance Leaders and site finance teams to ensure consistent financial processes, controls, reporting, and business support. Oversee all FP&A; activities, including performance reporting, business analytics, financial modeling, KPI development, and executive reporting.



Ensure compliance with Regal Rexnord accounting policies, internal controls, SOX requirements, and applicable accounting standards. Lead internal and external audit activities and drive timely remediation of audit findings and control improvements. Partner with Corporate Finance and Shared Services organizations to ensure efficient execution of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, treasury, and financial reporting processes. Drive standardization and continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, reporting, and governance across all business units. Provide financial leadership for mergers, acquisitions, integrations, restructuring activities, footprint optimization, and strategic growth initiatives. Support commercial teams on pricing strategy, customer profitability, contract evaluation, and margin expansion initiatives. Champion data-driven decision making by leveraging financial analysis, business intelligence, and performance metrics. Lead finance transformation initiatives and adoption of best practices across the division. Promote continuous improvement through the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence. Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineered products, electrical infrastructure, capital equipment, or multi-site operations.
