Jetson is seeking a Customer Success Representative to facilitate seamless experiences for homeowners transitioning to sustainable energy. Your role will ensure a smooth process from signing up to installation.
This full time position focuses on guiding customers through essential steps while coordinating between internal teams. You'll utilize various communication methods to proactively manage expectations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your 1-3 years of experience in customer-focused roles will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide homeowners through all pre-installation steps
• Schedule installations and manage communications
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Installers




• Follow up proactively with homeowners before installation
• Track progress and maintain customer records in CRM
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in Customer Success or Account Management
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using CRM systems like Salesforce
• Ability to thrive in a growth-stage environment
• In-person position located in North Vancouver, BC
