This full-time position requires a dedicated individual to manage Community Support Services by planning programs and allocating resources effectively. You will oversee staff recruitment, training, and evaluation to ensure high-quality service delivery. As part of the CSS Management Team, you will monitor budgets and participate in service performance reviews and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement community support programs effectively
• Supervise and evaluate support service staff performance
• Monitor operational effectiveness and recommend changes




• Conduct periodic budget variance analyses for reviews
• Engage in quality improvement and planning activities
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Human/Social Services or equivalent
• 2-5 years of relevant social service experience
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
• Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
