Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a safe work setting based on standards of conduct
• Act as first contact for employee inquiries and concerns

• Participate in complaint resolution and labor relations activities
• Oversee full cycle recruitment and onboarding procedures
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in HR or Business Administration
• 3-5 years HR experience in manufacturing environments
• CHRP designation preferred
• Understanding of HR legislation and practices
• Strong Excel, HRIS, and communication skills
