Reporting to the Executive Director, you'll be responsible for financial resilience and organizational culture. Emphasizing trauma-informed practices, you will ensure operational efficiency and compliance, playing a key role in the organization's commitment to dignity and belonging.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect multi-year operational strategies and resource allocation
• Drive cutting-edge funding models to enhance revenue
• Direct the annual operating budget process




• Establish a framework for funder compliance and governance
• Coach and mentor senior managers for effective leadership
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in relevant fields preferred
• 3–5 years in senior roles managing complex budget portfolios
• Strong background in financial forecasting and risk management
• Experience in nonprofit operations and compliance
• Commitment to Christian values and mission alignment
