Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and review customer information for billing




• Notify Logistics regarding spare parts returns
• Create and manage Material Return Authorizations (MRA)
• Handle customer inquiries on billing and credit
• Initiate credit for late/non-returned core parts
Requirements:
• 2-7 years in credit management
• 2 years in customer service roles
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or French
