As a seasoned Payroll Services Representative, you will process, reconcile, and audit payroll timecards, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and agreements. You will also manage onboarding and offboarding for staff while providing training on timesheet submission processes. Your role will involve generating month-end reports and facilitating GL account reconciliations, making your contributions vital for operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile payroll timecards and ensure accurate processing
• Coordinate with departments for timely payroll entries




• Verify compliance with union and corporate policies
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for various hires
• Generate monthly reporting and undertake GL reconciliations
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business/Accounting; CPA’s PCP certification required
• At least three years of payroll experience in a unionized setting
• Robust data entry skills and aptitude for figures
• Intermediate Excel proficiency is required
• Excellent communication abilities and discretion
