Driver - Customer Service Representative (Toronto/Etobicoke)

Responsibilities

- Deliver beer, kegs and packaged goods across the various supply chain networks and pick up all returns while being a brand ambassador to Steam Whistle, delivering exceptional customer service
- Restock customer’s coolers where necessary and collect all empties
- Comply with CVOR regulations and all other highway traffic act regulations
- Conduct business in a professional manner including smart personal appearance, and keeping a clean and maintained delivery vehicle
- Proactively communicate with Distribution and Sales teams, raising issues and ideas as necessary
- Promote Steam Whistle’s Accounts Receivable Policy; advising customers of their account status and demonstrating how receipts/empty credits will be applied
- Completion of administration/paperwork as required on timely basis

This is a part time position. 3 to 5 day-shifts per week between Monday and Friday. Pay range $21.00 to $23.00 per hour depending on experience.

Skills and Experience Required

- Excellent customer service skills
- Physically capable of repetitive lifting of heavy products
- An analytical, independent thinker with strong communication skills
- Full G licence, ideally with some commercialdriving experience
- General knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area
