About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and serve as the primary ambassador for the Foundation. The successful candidate will be a visible leader, relationship builder, and storyteller, dedicated to elevating awareness of local healthcare needs and inspiring community investment in healthcare. This role involves working closely with donors, volunteers, community leaders, and healthcare partners to advance philanthropic support for healthcare priorities. The Executive Director will also be responsible for strengthening major gift fundraising, planned giving, and donor stewardship, as well as shaping the Foundation's future direction and fostering partnerships that advance healthcare in the region.
The ideal candidate for the Executive Director position at the company is a relationship-focused leader with a passion for community impact and a robust background in philanthropy. They should be an engaging communicator, capable of telling compelling stories and building trust to inspire philanthropy. Experience in major gift fundraising, planned giving, and donor stewardship is essential, as is the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, from major donors to volunteers and Board members.
