Elevate your engineering career as an Onsite Project Engineer with ATCO Structures. This role focuses on delivery and coordination of groundbreaking modular residential projects while traveling as needed.
As a key member of the Modular Solutions team, you will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Construction Manager to oversee site-based operations for multi-family developments. Your responsibility spans the entire project lifecycle, ensuring completion within budget, on schedule, and to high-quality standards, while fostering safety and compliance across all stages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support construction planning and scheduling milestones
• Coordinate subcontractors and site crew activities
• Monitor project progress and report on impacts
• Conduct inspections and oversee quality control measures
• Facilitate contract administration and documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3–8 years of construction experience
• Experience in modular construction is a strong asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
