As a key member of PUR's Technical team, you will report directly to the Head of Design & Research and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders. This role requires 7-10 years of experience in regenerative agriculture project design and management tailored to local ecosystems. You will unlock project financing while developing products that meet market needs and environmental standards with a strong focus on carbon sequestration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and lead technical vision for regenerative agriculture
• Develop adaptive management frameworks for long-term projects




• Collaborate with farmers on sustainable practices
• Prepare pricing, business cases, and financial models
• Represent PUR at industry events and advocate for sustainability
Requirements:
• Master's degree in relevant fields, PhD is a plus
• 7-10 years' experience in regenerative agriculture
• Proven track record in cross-functional project leadership
• Solid engagement with stakeholders and community
• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites
